angela barsotti

angela came to pilates by way of a car accident and by the time she met her teacher, her once fit body was overweight, shuffling and occasionally crawling up the stairs. by her third lesson she knew she had found her calling and she has enthusiastically pursued further knowledge and experience ever since. angela tends to specialise in 'broken' bodies but equally enjoys teaching groups and fit people.

she certified through body harmonics/the physical mind Institute and continues her studies at mind the body and by taking workshops and classes with legendary teachers. she has practised pilates, climbing, swimming, running, weight training, cycling, track and field, skiing, snowboarding, hand drumming, several forms of golf and any other random sport that catches her fancy.

[legendary teachers include: kathy grant, marie-jose blum-lawrence, karen carlson, mary bowen, ron fletcher, alan herdman, dianne miller, michelle larson, elizabeth larkam, kathy corey and many more]
